HEMI is a prototype for a spherical, battery powered portable light, featuring an alternating velcro strap, which can be wrapped around various objects and is stored by being wrapped around the lamp itself. The strap itself is replaceable by opening the two hemispheres. The light is powered on and dimmed by slightly turning the two hemispheres, making for an easy user experience.
